    Came broken

    I opened the package and emptied out the contents. Out fell a piece of plastic that latches the top part of the unit to the bottom in order to seal the bags. I don’t even want to bother to return it or try to fix it as it would cost me more time and money than the original cost. I’m taking this as a sign to just save up for a commercial/professional grade vac seal machine as this model isn’t built very well. Lesson learned.
