See-through

I really like the style of the trousers, but they are see-through. Just like all fashion retailers these days, UO just care about using as cheap materials as possible for a large profit and they’re quite happy to allow women’s clothes to be transparent for that purpose. I certainly wouldn’t have paid £40 for see-through trousers. Only keeping because I got a 25% discount code and just plan to lounge around the house in them mostly.

IT MAY BE MY FAVOURITE DRESS EVER. I LOVE THAT THE FABRIC IS RECLAIMED & SO LOVELY. MAYBE I AM A BIT SHORT, I AM 5FT 5 & A BIT & MOSTLY LEGS. I AM CONTINUALLY FRUSTRATED WHEN BUYING ' MINI DRESSES ', THEY USUALLY END UP MIDI ON ME. STATING THE HEIGHT OF THE MODEL WAS SO HELPFUL. IT IS ALSO GREAT TO GET A SALE PRICE. IF I CAN SWING IT I WILL BE GETTING ANOTHER ONE. I AM A BIT OBSESSED WITH MANY OF YOUR DRESSES. I WOULD HAPPILY SPEND MOST OF MY SUMMER DRESSED BY YOU. Great Customer Service from Fritz

I have had an issue with order where is has been stuck at “processing to ship” for almost a week now. I had contacted customer service a few times for an update but had been diverted to a chat bot or given very vague responses as to where my package was. Today I spoke to a customer service representative called Fritz who was so extremely helpful. They told me why my package hasn’t been sent yet and what Urban outfitters is going to do to solve this issue. Fritz was probably the most helpful customer service rep I’ve ever spoken to. Even though my issue is still not resolved, I’m please with the knowledge that it is in hand.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE

Item not in stock. Only notified of this once paid for with no update as to when I could expect to receive. Shipping cost was extortionate. Could find the same product elsewhere with free shipping that still worked out cheaper overall. Discount code successfully applied however didn’t deduct anything from total.

Never written a review but…

Was in a rush buying my item, cashier took absolutely forever serving another girl while talking to her friend, then when it came to my turn she ignored me for a good while before realising I was there! Then when she finally served me, she spent more time chatting to her friend than actually doing her job, so much so that her colleague took over! I never usually write a review, but having worked in retail myself, I felt completely disrespected and irrelevant. Worst and rudest customer service I think I’ve experienced. Its a shame too as I love UA; the store itself was great. Huge shame about that one female staff member

Complete lack of coordination and communication from urban outfitters about my deliveries and when I should be collecting them

My delivery came in two parts, one on the Sunday morning and one on the Monday afternoon. I came into London Monday morning to collect my first parcel in the am then got another text that afternoon to say the second part was delivered. Luckily I was still in London and checked my emails to see the second delivery otherwise I would have had to make a second trip. Not the best when you have a disability. My first parcel had clearly previously been opened looking at the seals on the camera. Staff were really friendly but that was the best thing about the experience. Definitely felt like I wasn't valued as a customer and that the inconvenience to me wasn't even a thought to urban outfitters.

Massive gash in the packaging

Massive gash in the packaging, which looks like it could’ve been pierced carelessly otherwise on purpose. Evri package, was delivered to us by Royal Mail when delivery man found item loaded on his vehicle. He expressed surprise upon making this discovery but made sure the package arrived here with us as postie is our regular guy.

Showed Stanley cup in stock however…

Showed Stanley cup in stock however it's on back order. Didn't realise till half my package arrived. Bit disappointed and glad I never paid for next day delivery.

I love going to Urban Outfitters

I love going to Urban Outfitters, however service can be extremely slow, as it was on my last visit. Queues are huge and only one person on till at a time. Clearly understaffed. Besides that, quality of clothes are always amazing and staff are friendly.

Unexpectedly bad experience

I've ordered a painted coffee table and it was not like in the pictures, had uneven surface and some of of stains on the surface. I tried to arrange a return, but because it is furniture it has to be arranged by them. Eventually it was was sorted, I was told that the driver has the labels, and I did not receive an email with waybill or labels to print, so the delivery company did not take the item. When I got in touch with the Urban outfitters again they told me that I need to wait at least three working days for someone to deal with this. It is very disappointing to say the least, do not order unless you are sure you will not have to return.

Defective Product Received: Urgent Assistance Needed

The product was delivered successfully. However, when I opened it for assembly, I noticed cracks in various parts and noticeable color differences between the components. It made me question if it was a display model. One side has an excessive yellow undertone while the other side appears more of a white-cream undertone. The product seems defective. I'm reaching out to you for assistance regarding this matter.
