Geddes, N.Y. — The grunge greats of the ‘90′s shared the stage with the new torchbearers of hard rock in a marathon five-and-a-half-hour show Saturday night at St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater.
The amphitheater looked near capacity as Bush performed, and by the time Breaking Benjamin took the stage, there wasn’t an empty seat in sight. Such intense opening performances primed the audience well for the headliners, Alice in Chains,, who took the stage at 9:45 p.m. with their Grammy-nominated hit from 1995, “Again.”
