Proportion of Beer Consumption! Since 2019, Myanmar Brewery has started describing the proper drinking beer standard in all products to raise awareness and to become a good practice in Myanmar. Thereby, we are trying to balance the amount of consumption of each consumer. As a healthy adult, it takes about an hour to completely digest 1unit of alcohol from the body. 1 unit = 10 grams of alcohol (equals 12.5 millimeters exclusively) It is recommended that in order to reduce the health impact or detriment concomitant with alcohol, weekly consumption should not surpass 10 units and daily consumption should not exceed 4 units.
