Do you like your customers or love your customers? I know he is talking about life partners here, but the same applies to therapist/patient relationships. If you like your customers you enjoy helping them for a fee. Charging them for every tiny little thing possible. If you love your customers, you're genuinely interested in helping them achieve whatever it is they are trying to accomplish. Sometimes that ends in extra money, most of the time it ends in loyalty and love in return. Example: the best evangelists for your clinic are not the reviews you ask for.
