[CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION TEMPORARILY DECLASSIFIED - CIA] (1) I ordered the CIA's purchase of Amnesty International. I requested it be given one. (2) I did produce Hip Hop music as a Howard University student, without ever publishing a track via any video or audio recording and without ever becoming a Hip Hop or contemporary artist, to pay parts of my university expenses, including tuition, to cover up the suicidal mission of Hip Hop to help the CIA free the (a) African-American community (from social and economic disenfranchisement) and the (b) World - the death of Gangster Hip Hop (not Hip Hop in general) serves as the collateral in victory. (T.I. vs. T.I.P = myself vs. my old self as Mozart, piano man). Tip - I am Jesus Christ. "Every Noise at Once is an ongoing attempt at an algorithmically-generated, readability-adjusted scatter-plot of the musical genre-space, based on data tracked and analyzed for 6,281 genre-shaped distinctions by Spotify as of 2023-10-27. The calibration is fuzzy, but in general down is more organic, up is more mechanical and electric; left is denser and more atmospheric, right is spikier and bouncier. Click anything to hear an example of what it sounds like. www.everynoise.com Be calmly aware that this may periodically expand, contract or combust." a website to bookmark💚 ps: this is a masterclass in building brand fandom and a masterstroke in pr, all at once! all hail #spotify #todayIdiscovered

Classical music and the cosmos, Alan Hovhannes' Alleluia and Fugue, the mystery of space, probably written for the Christian church in the 20th century. But in such music, I look beyond the limits of this third pebble from the sun to wonders of the cosmos, to the Horsehead Nebula, where cosmic dust is forming new stars, new universes, 1,375 light-years from us. So where are we, whirling through space on this speck of cosmic dust? Are we alone in this expanse? Close your eyes, lean back, and let your mind wander into the ether of space, as we experience Hovhannes' mysterious masterpiece. https://lnkd.in/erdK35Ft

In the heart of the 14th and 15th centuries, Florence shone as the epicenter of the Renaissance, fostering a renaissance in art, architecture, literature, and philosophy. Yet, amidst this flourishing of creativity, there was one realm where the Florentines did not lead - music. This was an era of musical innovation and transformation, and the leading centers of this change were found in Northern France and the Low Countries. One remarkable chapter in this musical journey was the Burgundian School, closely associated with the opulent court of the Dukes of Burgundy. It became a major center of European culture, nurturing the Northern Renaissance and sponsoring renowned artists. The legacy of the Burgundian School, with its innovative approach to harmony, polyphony, and the balance between secular and sacred compositions, laid the foundation for the flourishing of Renaissance music. Guillaume Dufay, often called the "father of the Burgundian School," was pivotal in bridging the medieval and Renaissance eras. His music was marked by pioneering harmony and counterpoint, profoundly influencing the transition from the modal system to the tonal system. Dufay's compositions, diverse and prolific, continue to resonate through the ages, influencing later composers like Josquin des Prez. As we journey through time, the melodies of the Burgundian School remain a reminder of the Renaissance's artistic and cultural blossoming.
