Join this walking tour through one of Tokyo’s hottest districts, Harajuku! Explore unique clothing stores as you stroll through Japan's fashion capital and try the famous local crepes. Known for its unique street fashion, Harajuku has been the birthplace of many of Japan’s notable fashion trends. Your tour begins at Harajuku Station, where your knowledgeable guide will take you down the famous Takeshita Street, the heart of Harajuku. Check out several famous side streets before making your way to the tree-lined avenue of Omotesando, the Champs-Élysées of Tokyo. As your tour continues, there will be stops at Tokyo’s largest "100 Yen" store and the world-famous Kiddy Land toy store, the perfect place to buy quirky souvenirs for friends and family back home.

  • Any cancellations made between 8 business days (18:00 local time) to 2 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made between 2 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made between 1 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 1 hours prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Station's West Exit or a 1-minute walk from Tochomae Station's B1 Exit (Toei Oedo Line). Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to reach the check-in location as Shinjuku Station is quite large.

Restrictions

  • Children (ages 0-5 years) will be able to participate for free under the following conditions. An individual meal or snack will not be provided. If you would like any of the above for children (ages 0-5 years), please book them as a child.

  • This tour uses public transportation to Harajuku. Please note that seating is not guaranteed.
  • This tour will be conducted even if it is raining.
  • You will be able to select the type of crepe on the day of your tour. Please note that crepes that are JPY 500 and below can be selected. Vegetarian options are not available.
  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.

Dressing & Items to Bring

  • Please wear shoes that are suitable for walking. The tour's total walking distance is approximately 2 to 2.5 kilometers.
  • If you join this tour during the summer months, it is recommended that you wear a hat or visor to protect yourself from the sun. It is also recommended that you join the tour fully hydrated.
