The queen of disco's anthology
Any fan of Donna's or even if you grew up in the disco era like i did all of thd hese songs will take you back to the 70's and the dancing your butts off. Donna Summer left us too soon but her music will always live on. I have 2 copies of this particular anthology because i know years down the road it will become a rarity to find plus if god forbid something were to happen to the first copy i have i will have that backup. I usually will buy a duplicate on things like this because you never know what could happen and i will always turn to this cd collection if i have had a rough day or just to lift my spirits a bit,grab a glass of good wine and dance throughout my home listening to the queen of disco herself belt out these iconic tunes.Any fan of Donna's or even if you grew up in the disco era like i did all of thd hese songs will take you back to the 70's and the dancing your butts off. This is a fantastic compilation of Summer's musical history...I really wish her history was ongoing. She had a beautiful, controlled voice that could reach in and grab you.....I miss what could have been.

If you are a Donna Summer fan you definitely want to have this CD. My favorite song is Friends Unknown. I have a lot of Donna Summer albums but this song isn't on any of them.

If you enjoyed disco music, you'll be thrilled with this album! All the greats by Donna Summer...takes me right back to the dance floor, under the disco ball, when we'd dance like there was no tomorrow...tells my age, yes, but it was an fun time of youth and non-ending energy. Nobody could belt it out quite like Donna Summer! This one is guaranteed to make you want to move like that again!!

I have always been a fan of Donna Summer. She is pretty, sexy, talented and really underrated as a singer. She was the Queen of Disco in the 70's and early 80's and she cranked out a slew of hit records. They are all on this anthology. There were one or two songs that I did not even remember, and it was fun to revisit them. There are many compilation CD's out there of Ms. Summer; I cannot speak for them, but the quality of this package is impeccable.I have always been a fan of Donna Summer.
