I ordered a heat pack to protect the plant because my night temps were low. Things changed after my purchase and the seller was so kind to refund me the money that I paid for the heat pack. That goes to show that they really care. took the time to double check. That to me is what you call a genuine person. Even if the heat pack was a few bucks. Plant was smaller than I thought It was going to be based on other photos in the listing (I wasn’t expecting it to be in bloom, just more foliage and not so thin). But overall great packaging plant came on Friday after being shipped Tuesday which is awesome!
I asked a lot of questions which can be very annoying, but Jeff answered as best he could which is greatly appreciated!
The packaging seemed to be very well done with live orchid stickers on the outside along with other warnings.
