Reviews
- My copy is VG-, what they call "a players copy" with some surface noise and a couple of skips, one on "Gimme Shelter" and one on "Midnight Rambler", but holy crap this record sounds nice. A big full soundstage, plenty of low end, and the band sounds great throughout. Peak Stones.
- My old friend passed away and his brother gave me his record collection which included and exceptionally clean version of this release. No inner sleeve but includes the insert and a NM- record Cover is VG++ I'll keep this till I die.
- Gimme shelter sounds a bit flat and underwhelming on this pressing, but once Love In Vain kicks in, the rest of the album sounds great, with a huge, bassy Wall-Of-Sound type production. I don’t have a UK pressing or remaster to compare this with, but this sounds great.
