I heard about it on @abillion10 and went there to eat with @fulfilling.

I thanked the

bosses for opening up a vegan stall as there are not many in Sengkang Punggol area.

They ask for our support and I feel personally we should support them as much as we can.

The best part about the Nasi Padang is the chilli. Yea, I thought the rendang is all potato as I got all potatoes, until @fulfilling told me hers has mock mutton.

The Nasi Padang is nice but it’s sweeter when eating with @fulfilling , my soulmate and better half!

The Nasi Padang tastes rather flat as a whole. The curry vegetables tastes alright. It

doesn’t have a distinct taste that I would say “so good!”

The vegan mutton rendang doesn’t impress too. It has potatoes added with the vegan mutton. With all the gravy, I couldn’t really tell the difference between each. @veganhubby had only potatoes!!! I had a mix of potato & mutton.

The sambal chilli 🌶 is the nicest of all. It has a very welcoming lemongrass fragrance & taste. It is meant to go with the fried bean curds sides.

I appreciate that the rice is served nice & hot. The curry gravy added on the rice made the rice tasted even better!

Love the #spicy chunky sambal with a lingering sting of about 60secs, well-spiced #mutton curry

with potatoes (highlight) and surprisingly decent portion, making its ceremonious appearance at a humble $5.50 at One Punggol (hawker fare run by Timbre Group).

Best bit, vegan from the horse's mouth (most contain dairy) and for once, someone regurgitating no milk, eggs, onions and garlic drill back at me. Rejoice Punggol dwellers and Happy World Vegan Day folks ❣️

Everything is plantbased, no eggs and dairy. The potatoes were great! Soft and tasty cooked

in rendang gravy. The lontong sayur was not bad. Also served with pieces of fried beancurd. The sambal chilli was yummy too. Overall good for this price, $5.50 or $6 I think. Very generous portions. Owner told me she wishes to get non vegetarians to enjoy plant based food too. Very good! Do support them!

It is an inexpensive dish that is so tasty and spicy! And there are many

different foods with distinct textures which is nice~ 🌶️

But I will say it is lacking more in the nutrition section— i wish there were more protein haha
