I was very nervous making this purchase . I am use to a single needle machine. Once I got it and watched a lot of videos and started working with it. I am glad I made the purchase. The team assigned to help me has been amazing with helping me and able to not only offer help but also videos that has also helped. They were very polite and knowledgeable. I purchased the S1501 and I have been nothing but pleased with the performance of this machine! and the customer service! As Smartstitch is in another country there is no shortage on customer service and technical support to when needed! Being assigned to a technical group as soon as your machine arrives is remarkable and joining the most helpful FB group ever to help get acclimated with the machine is so very helpful! Smartstitch got it right by providing a machine that is perfectly priced wrapped with great customer service !

Amazing machine, and incredible support team!

I went from a single needle machine to the fifteen needle S1501! At first, I was a little intimidated! I followed everyone's suggestions and immediately had a support team set up, and also found loads of information on the Smartstitch Facebook page. Jake and Rich have been truly amazing! They even face-timed me when I needed extra help! This is my first official embroidery project! Can't wait to learn more!
