OH MY GOD, THEY DID, I JUST CHECKED! AND IT’S SO GOOD! AND I REALLY DO UNDERSTAND ALL THE LYRICS IN THIS VERSION.
The lyrics are genuinely beautiful?!?! I never knew, I always just sang along to the chorus and mumbled through the rest because the song was too fast for me as a non-native English speaker, not to mention that I was a child when I used to listen to that song a lot.
