With freshly baked loaves of challah, sourdough, and focaccia in the display cases of locally loved bakeries all over the city, keeping track of where to go has become a great problem to have. From cafes that mill their own flour to those that are dedicated to that 4 a.m. baking grind, here are 21 of Miami’s best bakeries serving up loads of carbs listed geographically from north to south.
