Place it less than 1ft from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.

How to fertilize Mammilloydia
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Mammilloydia after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Lost and found #Mammillaria I picked up several cactus pups, from 2 cactus plants, off my floor, during the wintertime and I forgot to propagate them. ☹️ After three months of being completely neglected, (no water, no soil, and no love) these resilient cactus babies are still looking healthy. 😥 Some even have new growth. 🤔 The 2nd picture is an image of these little guys in their new home.

Can anyone tell me what type of cactus this is? #Mammillaria Hey everyone! I got this beautiful little one at a local nursery and it was labeled as just "rainbow". This baby's spines (is that the right word?) seem to be growing in a more upward fashion than any others I've seen (I looked up rainbow cactus as well as rainbow pincushion) so I'm wondering if anyone knows what exactly she is!
