This 1972 MG Midget is a blue-over-black convertible that is said to have been refurbished during previous ownership, and it was acquired by the seller in June 2020. The car is powered by a 1.3-liter inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission, and additional equipment includes a black soft top and matching boot cover, chrome bumpers, 13″ wheels, a luggage rack, and an Alpine CD stereo. Maintenance during current ownership included removing and flushing the engine, servicing the transmission, and replacing the alternator and ignition components. This Midget is now offered at no reserve with service records, spare parts, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The five-digit odometer shows 4k miles, approximately 1k of which were added by the seller. True mileage is unknown.

The 1.3-liter inline-four was rated at 54 horsepower and 67 lb-ft of torque when new. An engine-out service was performed during current ownership, which included removing the water pump, flushing the engine, and refurbishing the exhaust manifold. Fluid changes were performed at the same time, and the alternator, ignition coil, and spark plugs and wires were also replaced.
