Tirupati, 3 May 19: TTD is all set to observe the 289th Jayanthi celebrations of Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba, the saint poetess who was an ardent devotee of Lord Venkateswara and Sri Nrisimha Swamy and penned many great works on her favourite deities.
The birth anniversary celebrations are planned in a big way at Tirupati, Tirumala and also in Tarigonda-the birth place of the saint poetess by TTD on May 16 and 17.
